We kindly request you to submit your quotation for provisioning of Call up Cab/Taxi service and/or short journey vehicle rental for UN agencies in Sri Lanka on Long Term Agreement, as detailed in Annex 1 of the RFQ solicitation document uploaded to this event.
When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form Annex 1. in the solicitation document Your Quotation must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of three years from the bid closing date.
You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a quotation by clicking on “Accept Invitation”. In the course of preparing and submitting your Quotation, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it submitted into the system by the deadline. The system will automatically block and not accept any bid after the deadline. Bid Submission deadline appearing on e-Tendering portal will be FINAL and prevail on the ones appearing on other websites.
Kindly ensure that supporting documents required are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files. Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.

Service offered shall be reviewed based on completeness and compliance of the quotation with the minimum specifications described above and any other annexes providing details of UNDP requirements. The quotation that complies with all of the specifications, requirements and offers the lowest price, as well as all other evaluation criteria indicated, shall be selected. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected
