Opportunity Summary:

We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Reporting Speclaist to join our internal broadcast team!  In this role you will have the opportunity to manage paid search, display, and video campaigns and be responsible for the creation, management, and delivery of reports, including those intended for executive staff meetings. These campaigns and reports are vital for the Broadcast Department’s fundraising efforts, which generate tens of millions of dollars in donations annually and advise leadership decisions at the highest level.  If you are searching more than just a job, but a Career with lasting impact, come see how we accomplish that!

Technical Requirements:

  • Maintains a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
  • Proactively research, plan and deploy new paid search, display, and video campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Ads campaigns, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Determine and set up ad group and keyword strategies and ad copy.
  • Analyze keywords, ads, bids, and conversions, creating multiple ads and split testing across multiple ad groups to ensure the best optimization.
  • Identify most effective landing pages and implement tracking links.
  • Retain active Google Ads certifications and knowledge of relevant current events in the industry.
  • Work directly with the Vice President of Broadcast and the SEM & Media Buying Manager to identify new reporting needs.
  • Identify areas of improvement for existing reporting efforts and maintain the systems as they evolve to fit organizational needs.
  • Manage, produce, and analyze reports using Tableau and other tools to illustrate and summarize the results of Broadcast marketing campaigns. 
  • Notify Departments within the ministry of upcoming campaigns and coordinate with them as needed to ensure quality response.
  • Required experience creating Tableau reports and datasets,
  • Bring the ability to drive thought leadership and growth through reporting and SEM efforts.
  • Bring the ability to proactively identify areas of opportunity and suggest reasonable solutions.
