UNDP kindly requests you to submit your Proposal for the Capacity building support to IDPs, FHH, and PWDs through technical and vocational training in Garowe, Hargeisa and Mogadishu. Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal. Proposals may be submitted on or before the bid submission deadline as indicated in the UNDP eTendering system. All elements of your bid must be submitted in eTendering system. In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your proposal is submitted before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
